What You Agree To

What Applies After You Act

If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your access immediately — with or without notice. Either side can end this agreement at any time. But termination doesn’t erase responsibilities that arose before it: outstanding balances remain due, and any liabilities incurred up to that point stay enforceable. Even if you stop using SIMPLEDBRIEF, certain obligations continue — like your duty to pay what you owe, or our right to protect intellectual property and enforce confidentiality where applicable.

What Stays In Force — Even If You Leave

Certain terms survive termination or cancellation. That includes your indemnification obligation, our rights to user-submitted content, limitations on liability, and clauses covering governing law and dispute resolution. These remain active to ensure fairness and accountability beyond the active relationship.
